Engineering Lead – Heavy Process & Lean Reliability

CS Technical Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Lead for a heavy process manufacturing site in Chirk. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive a proactive maintenance culture while championing Lean principles to improve reliability and capital planning.

The role demands strong leadership, proven experience in process environments and the ability to secure investment for long-term asset strategies, with a 6-month initial contract and 5 days onsite per week.
