As an Engineering Lead in Wise's embedded finance team, you guide the design and delivery of scalable services powering partner platforms. You work closely with cross-functional teams and a product manager to shape long-term roadmaps and ensure high-quality, reliable products. You mentor a small engineering team, drive technical decisions, and push best practices. Your work helps transform international payments for enterprise customers and extends Wise's embedded finance capabilities. - Experience designing and optimizing relational databases
- Advocacy for best coding practices, continuous delivery, and code reviews
