Engineering Manager - Full Stack

• Lead and coach engineering teams to deliver production-ready systems
• Hands-on development across .NET, Python, React/JavaScript, and Terraform
• Ship cloud-native solutions and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Set direction and collaborate cross-functionally with platform, product, and data teams
• Promote code quality, testing, reliability, and delivery standards
• Apply Kubernetes patterns, ArgoCD, and multi-cloud strategies
• Oversee observability and production health using tools like New Relic
• Foster knowledge sharing, pragmatic Agile processes, and team growth

• Hands-on experience with .NET, Python, React/JavaScript, Terraform
• Cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps)
• Proven track record shipping production code in cloud environments
• Strong CI/CD knowledge (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Octopus)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes patterns, ArgoCD, secrets management, and multi-cloud (GCP/Azure)
• Understanding of observability and production quality
• Ability to set direction and work cross-functionally
