Engineering Manager, Oracle HCM SaaS & AI Innovation

Marks & Spencer in the UK is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for Oracle HCM Cloud platforms and enterprise SaaS services across Recruitment, Talent, Learn, Core HR and Helpdesk. You will shape the technical roadmap, mentor engineers and partner with architects, product managers and SaaS vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality HR technology.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic change, driving AI-enabled opportunities, platform modernisation and strong
