Engineering Manager - Technical Leader & Coach

Welcome to the Jungle is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide a software squad as the technical backbone. You will work closely with Product Managers and Designers to drive the roadmap, ensure architectural quality, and balance velocity with excellence.

Ideally, you have 7–12 years in engineering, including 2–5 years in team leadership, with a proven track record of shipping with Product and Design. FR- speaking is a plus but not required, as teams operate across Paris and London.
