Engineering PMO Manager Power BI

Lead engineering reporting and Power BI systems within Sofina Canada, managing capital project information, AFE processes, and technical requirements. This data-driven role supports senior engineering leadership.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Engineering, Environment, Maintenance and Reliability, the Manager oversees processes, reporting, and systems. The position supports Directors and cross-functional leaders while improving project management standards. It manages engineering data, capital project governance, and department reporting for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering databases, reporting, and Power BI automation
• Administer Sofina AFE submissions and approval processes
• Provide PMO governance for large strategic projects
• Develop engineering standards, specifications, and equipment libraries
• Maintain SharePoint standards and master data systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
• Seven years of similar capacity experience
• Cross-functional leadership in complex stakeholder environments
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project skills
• Power BI dashboards and automated macro development proficiency
