Engineering Technical Lead

In this Engineering Technical Lead role, you will raise the capability of the Internal Technology squad while shaping how we work within an evolving Agile transformation. You will code and drive architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and remove blockers to ensure reliable delivery. You’ll set technical direction, promote engineering excellence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. • Increase squad capability by supporting and developing junior engineers
• Ensure delivery by helping the team break down work, remove blockers, and maintain cadence
• Build standards and drive a whole-team approach to quality
• Lead from the codebase with high-quality production code, refactoring when needed, solving complex problems
• Set technical direction through architectural decisions, patterns, and pragmatic trade-offs
• Mentor engineers via pairing, code reviews, and design discussions

• 7+ years of hands-on software development at Senior Engineer or Technical Lead level
• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, and SQL
• Proven ability to design and reason about distributed systems and modern architectures
• Experience in Agile / squad-based environments, influencing delivery without formal authority
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and Git
