Overview
In this role you lead the replication strategy and early design studies for SZC, coordinating activities across France and the UK. You will drive tool initialisation, data quality and governance, and IT support for the tool perimeter, ensuring reliable production usage. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to monitor tool performance and define evolution needs. This is a growth opportunity within an expanding UK team, contributing to safer, smarter nuclear operations.

- Define and roll out initialisation strategies for tools and data, including satellite tools
- Ensure verification and validation procedures are implemented for new tools
- Define responsibilities and processes for tool administration and IT support
- Monitor tool usage, raise alerts, and coordinate with stakeholders to fix issues
- Define data quality checks and implement them
- Produce regular reports and KPIs on data quality and tool performance
- Coordinate inputs from engineering entities to ensure data consistency in tools
- Collect evolution needs for tools from engineering stakeholders
- Support drafting of tool initialisation notes
- Oversee replication and alignment of NI design activities for SZC across UK/France
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of design tools and databases in nuclear or complex-product environments
- At least 2 years of experience using or administering a database or design tool
- Data management knowledge
- Information systems knowledge
- At least 2 years experience in project management
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to adapt and learn in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment
- Fluent English
