Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for generative AI models. You will assess natural conversations, compare generated media, and explain findings clearly. The work supports evaluation across adherence, quality, realism, usefulness, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
• Rank voice outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts
• Inspect media for visual, motion, text, and audio problems
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English

Requirements:

• Fluent English with strong written communication
• Bachelor’s degree pursuit or completion preferred
• Strong attention to detail and patience
• Comfort with natural conversational speech
• Computer, reliable internet, headphones, and quiet workspace
