Job Title: Bilingual Enrolled Agent (English/Spanish)

Location: Union City, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Description:

We are looking for a bilingual Enrolled Agent (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with Tax resolutions and IRS representation while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the IRS
  • Identify, Analyze, Work out a plan or resolution on IRS and State Debts
  • Preparing OIC
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Provide tax planning and guidance
  • Maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

  • Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with tax software

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a tax firm or accounting office
