Enterprise Applications Manager

In this role you will define and execute the enterprise applications roadmap for the EMEA region, leading a newly established Business Systems function. You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value, drive transformation, and optimize critical business systems. You will manage a cross-functional team and oversee governance, security, and vendor partnerships to support growth. This is a strategic leadership position in a complex, international setting with SC clearance eligibility as a potential requirement.

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap across EMEA
• Manage the full application lifecycle from selection to retirement
• Ensure reliability, performance, availability, and security of core systems
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of specialists
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors
• Drive governance, compliance, and best practices across the portfolio
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enable business growth through technology

• Proven experience in Enterprise Applications Management or a senior IT leadership role
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies including ERP, PLM, BI, SaaS platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Atlassian tools, and integration technologies
• Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders in complex matrix organisations
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery capabilities
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
