Overview

As Enterprise Architect for the TVMS CCTV Programme, you define the technical strategy and architecture roadmap to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready surveillance solutions. You lead governance, mentor a multidisciplinary technical team, and engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with objectives. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to shape the platform and expand capabilities across the UK. Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the TVMS CCTV Programme
  • Provide architectural governance and technical assurance across multiple workstreams
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Solution Architects and Senior Technical Specialists
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders
  • Develop architecture blueprints, standards and reusable designs across CCTV, networking, cloud, C&C, communications and emerging tech
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and supporting future expansion across the UK
  • Support bids and strategic customer engagements to maximise value of technical solutions
Key requirements
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or equivalent strategic architecture leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, technical assurance and large-scale systems integration
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, Command & Control systems, enterprise networking, cloud technologies
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience developing architecture roadmaps, designs, standards and strategic blueprints
  • Knowledge of CDM Designer responsibilities and Safety by Design principles; experience supporting bids and pre-sales
  • ITIL / TOGAF certifications
