As an Enterprise Architect, you will anchor the architecture practice within Airbus Defence and Space UK, translating business needs into strategic IT capabilities. You’ll maintain the enterprise architecture repository and ensure alignment with the global solution ecosystem, enabling informed investment decisions. You will lead cross‑functional discussions with business and IT stakeholders and shape the architectural landscape for future capabilities. This role offers impact across infrastructure, applications, and business functions in a transnational, collaborative environment.

- Maintain and improve data quality for the division’s enterprise architecture repository
- Manage the UK instance of the architecture repository and ensure alignment with the global solution ecosystem
- Lead complex discussions with business and IT stakeholders to shape the architecture landscape
- Support strategy development, identify opportunities, and build value cases for innovation
- Provide guidance on IT investment allocation by reviewing initiatives
- Ensure future business capabilities across infrastructure, applications, and business functions are captured in the EA
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Systems Engineering
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a transnational team
