Enterprise Architect

In this role you will shape and lead enterprise architecture strategies for diverse client engagements. You will act as a strategic adviser to C-suite and senior stakeholders, aligning business and IT to support long-term objectives. You’ll design and govern enterprise-wide solutions and roadmaps, driving large-scale transformation and sustainable change. You’ll promote innovation by identifying emerging technologies and ensure secure, compliant architectures. • Lead the development and implementation of EA frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with client goals
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and IT strategy
• Design and integrate complex, enterprise-wide solutions ensuring alignment of processes, tech platforms, and organization
• Direct and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives and ensure adoption of new technologies
• Define and enforce EA governance, standards, and methodologies across client organizations
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure sustainable, secure solutions
• Foster innovation by spotting emerging technologies and opportunities to gain competitive advantage

• Bachelor in Information Technology (or related field)
• Deep expertise in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent)
• Experience designing and integrating large-scale EA solutions
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering architecture capabilities in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to integrate them for client advantage
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior architects
• Experience in Financial Services is beneficial
