Enterprise Architect

In this Enterprise Architect role, you guide IT transformation and optimisation to support the firm’s strategy. You’ll build and mature architecture across business, data, applications, security, cloud, and digital domains, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, and mentor other architects to raise architectural thinking. It’s a globally oriented, hybrid role that shapes the firm’s operating model and technology landscape.

• Facilitate alignment between business and IT across the IT landscape
• Engage business and IT stakeholders, building relationships as a trusted advisor
• Interpret business goals and drivers, translate into IT roadmaps and support strategy development
• Analyse trends and disruptions to assess impact on target outcomes
• Ensure alignment between business capabilities, operating models and technology platforms
• Coach and mentor other architects and colleagues to instil architectural thinking
• Oversee design, documentation and dependency mapping for architecture initiatives
• Collaborate with clients across technical and business domains to define requirements and oversee solution implementation

• TOGAF or Archimate qualified
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act as a consultant to other departments
