In this role you help steer the JLFS technology strategy as a key Partner in Technology & Change, acting as a visible leader within the Architecture community. You design and implement scalable tech solutions aligned with the enterprise strategy, balancing short-term wins with long-term capability goals. You collaborate with Product, business teams, and external SMEs to translate strategy into practical architectures and measurable outcomes. You will coach teams, foster a culture of psychological safety, and stay ahead of market and regulatory shifts to drive value for customers and the business.
