Overview

As an Enterprise Architect, you will shape and deliver complex, high‑assurance solutions across multi-disciplinary programs. You’ll provide architectural leadership, aligning people, processes, technology and delivery to meet strategic objectives. You’ll work with senior leaders and SMEs to ensure integrated, scalable architectures that support mission-critical outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact at scale within a safety-conscious, regulated environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture artefacts to produce clear, deliverable solution architectures
  • Align operational, technical, digital, commercial and supply chain elements into a cohesive operating model and delivery framework
  • Identify and resolve gaps, overlaps and dependencies; establish architecture principles and assess design decisions
  • Create architecture models, diagrams and governance artefacts and provide challenge and assurance on practicality and scalability
Key requirements
  • Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Target Operating Model development
  • Experience delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple functions and organisations
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical architecture solutions
  • Strong understanding of operating models, business processes and governance
  • Experience identifying and managing dependencies, risks, assumptions, and design conflicts
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with senior leaders and SMEs
  • Experience producing architecture models, diagrams, frameworks and supporting documentation
  • Experience operating in regulated, safety-critical or high-assurance environments
  • Professional experience within a relevant discipline
  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, BCS EA or equivalent) is desirable
  • MODAF experience is advantageous
