Overview

In this role you lead Azure cloud operations and datacenter infrastructure, shaping governance and best practices across technology towers. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable BAU delivery, security, and incident handling at executive levels. You drive modernization initiatives and cloud-infrastructure transformation to support clients' digital transformation goals. You will engage with customer leadership, coordinate offshore and onsite teams, and articulate technical recommendations that improve service quality and outcomes. This is a chance to influence large-scale Azure, VMware, and data center programs within a global technology partner.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Azure cloud operations and governance; manage Landing Zone standards; oversee VMs, networking, backup, monitoring, security, and governance; support Infrastructure as Code and cost/security/performance reviews; manage DR environments (ASR, Azure Backup/Replications).
  • Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi, storage integration, and VM lifecycle; support datacenter modernization and transformation.
  • Oversee Cisco LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data center networking, and internet/MPLS connectivity; DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
  • Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive; manage Microsoft 365 services relevant to the infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, patch compliance, and endpoint security; desktop/laptop management and workplace technology services.
  • Act as overall infrastructure lead for all technology towers; own BAU operations and service delivery; manage P1/P2 incidents; ensure SLA/KPI adherence; drive RCA and problem management; participate in governance and service reviews.
  • Serve as primary technical contact for the customer; lead technical discussions and governance meetings; build relationships with customer leadership and technology stakeholders; coordinate offshore/onshore teams; present technical recommendations and service improvement initiatives.
