We’re hiring a Lead Enterprise Architect (AI) to drive architectural direction across a complex organisation evolving its AI capabilities at scale .

This is a senior practitioner role — no line management — focused on setting direction, influencing stakeholders, and turning strategy into real delivery .

You’ll operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery , shaping how AI is adopted in real, complex environments — not neat, predefined problems.

What you’ll do

  • Establish and guide AI architecture capability
  • Translate roadmaps into tangible products and services
  • Influence adoption of AI, including agentic approaches
  • Navigate ambiguity, trade‑offs, and competing priorities .

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a Lead / Senior Enterprise Architect
  • Strong understanding of AI‑enabled and cloud architectures (AWS)
  • Ability to operate in complex, unstructured environments
  • Excellent stakeholder influence and communication
  • Pragmatic judgement with a focus on outcomes and value
