Overview

As a senior leader, you will grow and guide a team of Enterprise Architects to support Celonis’ sales organization and strategic goals. You will act as an executive sponsor, presenting to C-level stakeholders and translating business objectives into actionable technical plans. Your leadership will drive enterprise modernization, architecture strategy, and successful customer outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. This role offers high impact, strategic influence, and the opportunity to advance AI-driven operations at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Architects shaping data and cloud strategy for key accounts
  • Engage with customers at executive levels in pre- and post-sales phases
  • Steer strategic innovation through architecture design and emergent technologies like Agentic AI
  • Bridge Celonis product/engineering and client teams to ensure premier technical delivery
  • Oversee IT landscape maturity assessments and coach account teams on architecture and scalability
  • Develop reusable assets and thought leadership on architecture and innovation
Key requirements
  • 20+ years of relevant experience with a track record managing enterprise tech teams or architects
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives
  • Proven communication skills for complex negotiations and C-level presentations
  • Deep Enterprise Architecture expertise in capability mapping, modernization, and Agentic AI
  • Strong data architecture and system integration background; data ops and scripting languages (SQL, Python)
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and SaaS ecosystems; cybersecurity basics; API ecosystems; legacy on-premise architectures
  • MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT field
  • English fluency; additional languages a plus
