Overview

You will lead enterprise architecture work at scale, shaping target architectures and roadmaps for complex, global client environments. You collaborate with executives, product leaders, and engineers to translate strategy into actionable architectures that unlock growth and resilience. The role sits in TS&A, driving transformation through cloud, AI and data capabilities while challenging norms and building trusted client relationships. You’ll influence across governance, delivery, and capability development, delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities
  • Assess impact of business strategy on enterprise architecture across the organisation, processes, data, applications, infrastructure and operations
  • Define and co-create visions, target states and multi-year roadmaps aligned to business objectives
  • Translate complex architectural concepts into executive-ready narratives
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify change needs in enterprise architecture
  • Develop actionable transformation roadmaps using Lean and Agile principles
  • Build value cases and investment justifications aligned to client planning cycles
  • Identify value levers including cost reduction, platform consolidation and new digital capabilities
  • Provide governance throughout transformation programmes and lead architectural decision-making across teams and vendors
  • Lead and develop teams of Enterprise Architects and create reusable assets and accelerators
  • Support implementation of Enterprise Architecture operating models and maturity roadmaps
Key requirements
  • Experience across architecture domains (Business, Application, Data, Technology and/or Security)
  • Experience contributing to or leading complex enterprise-scale transformation programmes
  • Ability to operate from executive strategy to architectural detail
  • Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders
  • Curiosity and perspective on AI, Data, Cloud and emerging technologies
