Enterprise Content Management Architect

Lead enterprise content architecture at Canada Life using IBM CP4BA, AWS, and cloud-native patterns across Toronto, Winnipeg, or London.

This Solution Architect role guides ECM and business automation modernization across mission-critical processes. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions while shaping document management, workflow, automation, and digital business capabilities. The position combines architecture leadership, hands-on expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern end-to-end ECM and automation solutions
• Lead architecture from concept through operational support
• Define diagrams, decision records, specifications, and roadmaps
• Architect IBM CP4BA components and content services
• Guide AWS modernization, integrations, and migration strategies

Requirements:

• 10+ years in complex enterprise IT environments
• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Senior Technical Lead experience
• Hands-on ECM and Business Automation technology experience
• Strong IBM CP4BA and AWS architecture experience
