Enterprise CRM Strategy Architect

As Enterprise Architect CRM Strategy, you will create, own, and manage CRM architecture and technology strategy. You will evaluate CRM capabilities, guide solution design, and contribute to digital transformation. The work connects customer, marketing, product, personalization, and offers domains with broader architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage CRM architecture and technology strategy
• Build short and near term technology roadmaps
• Guide RFPs, POCs, solution design, and technology acquisition
• Participate in architecture governance with technology stakeholders
• Develop governance models supporting agile technology acquisition

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years in digital or innovation roles
• Enterprise CRM architecture experience across complex solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services
• Bachelor's degree in technology, quantitative, or related discipline
