Enterprise Cyber Security Specialist

Protect healthcare information systems as a Cyber Security Specialist at Scarborough Health Network, using enterprise security and risk expertise. Work full time during days at General Site.

Reporting to the Information Security Manager, this permanent specialist supports SHN’s Cyber Security program through the Central East Region Local Delivery Group. The position implements, manages, and supports security infrastructure, policies, practices, and assessments. You will help protect computer systems, networks, and data while supporting information integrity, confidentiality, availability, and compliance. The work includes enterprise network security, Microsoft Windows infrastructure, vulnerability management, cloud security, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cyber security systems
• Monitor vulnerabilities and recommend security posture improvements
• Lead penetration testing, threat modeling, and access assessments
• Evaluate technologies and vendors for security due diligence
• Manage security incidents, training, and disaster recovery reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technology diploma
• Five-plus years managing enterprise cyber security infrastructure
• Advanced network security, protocols, and Windows infrastructure knowledge
• Cloud Security, SIEM, and EDR experience
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
