As Enterprise Data Architect you define the target-state data architecture to support growth, governance, and AI-driven innovation. You will design frameworks and patterns that connect core systems across case management, finance, CRM, analytics, and AI platforms, guiding a scalable data ecosystem and reducing integration complexity. You’ll partner with senior leaders to enable trusted data for advanced analytics while ensuring regulatory alignment and sustainability. This strategic role shapes the data platform and governance in a data-driven, transformation-focused firm.

- Define and maintain enterprise data architecture (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Design integration strategies linking case management, finance, CRM, document management, and analytics
- Promote API-led and event-driven architectures over point-to-point connections
- Evaluate and recommend data platform technologies (data warehouses, lakehouses, MDM, API frameworks)
- Design data foundations to support AI/ML initiatives with high-quality, trusted data
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Analytics to enforce standards
- Define enterprise data security and access architecture with governance and security teams
- Create and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and documentation
- Support CTO and EA function on transformations, migrations, and vendor selection
- Proven experience delivering enterprise data architectures in complex or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of data platforms (warehouses, lakes, lakehouses) and data mesh
- Experience in API-led and event-driven integration
- Ability to support operational reporting and advanced analytics/AI workloads
- Strong Azure-based data platform and cloud architecture knowledge
- Familiarity with MDM frameworks and technologies
- Experience integrating multiple business-critical systems in hybrid environments
- Stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience producing architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance documentation
