Enterprise Data Governance Steward

Enterprise data governance and SQL expertise define this experienced Data Steward role, spanning operational, planning, and analytical platforms.

You will bring structure, ownership, and quality across the enterprise data landscape. The role covers governance frameworks, data lineage, master data, and quality management. You will connect data issues with inventory accuracy, forecast quality, service levels, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own enterprise data governance frameworks
• Map data flows across source systems and pipelines
• Document lineage and data movement with Data Engineering
• Define data quality rules, KPIs, and standards
• Report governance progress to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Seven or more years in governance, stewardship, or related data roles
• Experience rolling out governance across systems or business units
• Strong SQL for profiling, validation, and root cause analysis
• Understanding of ETL, integration, warehouses, and analytics flows
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
