Enterprise Data Product Owner

As Product Owner for Enterprise DataOps and Governance, you will connect business stakeholders, governance leaders, and agile development teams. You will define the ED&G technology stack backlog, translate strategic initiatives into user stories, and deliver valuable data product iterations. Your work supports measurable business change across Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product backlogs against enterprise objectives
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies
• Align roadmaps with cross-functional business stakeholders
• Ensure data products meet quality, security, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Five-plus years as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst
• Five-plus years managing backlogs and acceptance criteria
• Seven-plus years using Agile management tools
• Experience in enterprise data, analytics, or data products
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
