Enterprise Delivery Manager — Tech Projects & Go-Live

MedMe Health is seeking a delivery-focused project lead to coordinate software deployments for our largest enterprise accounts. You will own planning, timelines, and risk for multi-year initiatives, acting as the technical translator between Product/Engineering and the account team. You’ll manage day-to-day client delivery cadences, run syncs, triage requests, and ensure on-time go-lives, while reducing escalation and maintaining clear status updates for senior stakeholders.
