Enterprise Development and Integration Specialist

In this role, you will drive the enterprise architecture for BCUHB’s digital transformation, shaping data strategy and ensuring compliant, secure data across transactional, mobile, and analytical systems. You’ll collaborate across Wales to align with national standards and enable safe data sharing for patient care. You will translate strategic initiatives into plans and autonomous delivery, influencing stakeholders and upholding data governance. This is a senior position that shapes how data and systems support staff, patients, and services in North Wales.

• Collaborate on data strategy, architecture and standards across Wales
• Ensure systems comply with BCUHB and national data standards
• Support safe internal and external data sharing and shared care
• Provide tools to document and understand data, maintain data integrity
• Ensure data security through governance, tools and procedures
• Interpret relevant national policies and guidelines
• Work autonomously and manage team/workload effectively
• Influence stakeholders and establish credibility across the organisation

• Extensive experience in data strategy, architecture and governance
