Enterprise Infrastructure Service Manager

Seeking a full-time Enterprise Infrastructure Service Manager, this role will manage the service provided by the Enterprise Infrastructure Team, focusing on technical strategy, operational readiness, and continuous process improvements, with a preferred hybrid work arrangement in Lincoln, RI. Key responsibilities Oversee team performance and provide effective solutions to align with corporate strategy Ensure operational support, including incident management and infrastructure maintenance, while adhering to ITIL standards Drive the development and implementation of short- and long-term service strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project or team management, or equivalent education and experience 5+ years of experience with key infrastructure technologies and architectural considerations Deep understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization, and public cloud providers Experience with vendor management and strong conflict-resolution skills Proven leadership abilities and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
