Enterprise Integration Technical Lead

The Applications Technical Lead guides core enterprise projects within UBC IT’s Enterprise Automation and Service Delivery unit. This senior position oversees integration design, development, implementation, maintenance, and complex issue resolution. It combines technical leadership with team mentorship, delivery planning, and operational support across a broad portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct integration solution design, development, implementation, and support
• Review code and technical documentation
• Guide post-production issue resolution and critical incident responses
• Maintain technology delivery roadmaps and technical plans
• Ensure Jira and ServiceNow tickets meet service obligations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum nine years of related experience or equivalent
• Demonstrated integration systems and processes experience
• Software development and implementation lifecycle experience
• Experience leading Development and Operations teams
