Enterprise Java Risk Platform Engineer

Modernize mission-critical risk platforms with enterprise Java, distributed systems, and secure software engineering across global Agile teams.

This position focuses on Non-Financial Risk Management applications requiring scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions. You will develop Java EE and Spring services, align technical designs with business requirements, and contribute to architecture and coding standards. AI-powered tools, automated testing, and continuous improvement support delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise applications supporting risk management platforms
• Maintain RESTful Web Services and distributed systems
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency
• Participate in Agile planning, standups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of hands-on software development experience
• Five-plus years with Java EE, Jakarta EE, Spring, and REST
• Relational database experience with Oracle or comparable systems
• Strong object-oriented design and performance optimization knowledge
• Ability to collaborate across geographically distributed Agile teams
