Lead enterprise learning strategy with adult learning expertise and blended solutions as an experienced Learning Solutions Architect. Work within a large organization.

This architect leads performance consulting, needs assessments, and learning roadmaps. The work partners with business leaders, HR, subject matter experts, and learning teams. It supports capability development, organizational transformation, onboarding, compliance, and measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance consulting engagements and learning needs assessments
• Design long-term learning strategies and capability roadmaps
• Develop business cases and implementation plans
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and project deliverables
• Monitor effectiveness and improve learner experience

Requirements:

• Eight or more years in Learning and Development
• Enterprise learning program design and implementation experience
• Strong adult learning and blended methodology knowledge
• Vendor management and stakeholder influencing experience
• Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, and Copilot proficiency
