Enterprise MSP/RPO Solutions Director

Randstad UK is seeking an experienced Channel Director / Sales Director to lead our enterprise recruitment initiatives in the UK market. You will develop a pipeline, build major client relationships and drive MSP/RPO solutions across private sector clients.

Reporting to the MD (Sales), you will coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver compelling win themes and lead thought leadership to strengthen Randstad's position as a market leader.
