Enterprise Onboarding & ERP Integration Lead

Referment is hiring a Customer Success Enterprise Manager in London to lead enterprise onboarding and technical delivery. You will work across customer success, product and engineering to tailor ERP integrations and data workflows within client ERP ecosystems like NetSuite and SAP.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with executives and operational leads. Based in London with hybrid working, you will own project plans, capture business requirements, and design
