Enterprise Platform Designer — Governance & Analytics

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes. You will design governance systems, analytics, and integrations that scale across thousands of enterprise users, partnering with product and engineering to raise the bar on enterprise design.

You will operate as a senior IC, set direction, and drive roadmap bets, balancing ambiguity with concrete guidance for stakeholders and customers.
