Enterprise Platforms Technology Lead

Lead enterprise platforms and operations in Toronto’s hybrid workplace, applying strategic leadership and workflow automation across corporate technology.

This Technology Lead owns a multi-year strategy for Google Workspace, ServiceNow, web platforms, desktop applications, and Gemini initiatives. The position bridges technical teams and executive partners while aligning technology portfolios with business capabilities. It also guides governance, integration, service management, and adoption across the enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategic vision for enterprise platforms and corporate technology
• Establish governance, lifecycle management, and security guardrails
• Architect integrations that reduce friction and technical debt
• Re-engineer workflows before applying automation
• Lead vendor relationships, budgets, and platform teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field
• 10 to 12+ years leading IT operations or enterprise applications
• 5+ years managing software engineering or platform teams
• Enterprise experience with Google Workspace and ServiceNow
• Experience with APIs, web architectures, AI, and machine learning
