Enterprise Product Analyst

  • Experience as an Enterprise Product Analyst supporting SAP, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, or other enterprise applications.
  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, UAT, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Preferred knowledge of Agile tools, system integration, APIs, data analysis, and reporting.
