JOB SUMMARY

Analyzes and evaluates user business needs to assist in the development and implementation of best-practice Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application configuration. Designs business solutions within the confines of ERP applications and performs project management activities. Identifies and efficiently solves business issues on a wide variety of ERP applications. Develops scope of work for modifications and/or enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs research, analysis, design, testing, integration, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting tasks in support of ERP applications.
  • Designs business solutions within ERP applications.
  • Identifies and solves business issues across ERP applications and modules.
  • Performs project management activities.
  • Develops scope of work for enhancements.
  • Writes requirements specifications and documentation.
  • Supports day-to-day business processes and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assists with QA testing and process optimization.
  • Serves as ERP subject matter expert.


QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient knowledge of ERP applications and business processes.
  • Project management, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and lead others.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four years of ERP (Associate level), Seven years of ERP (Sr) application support experience.
  • Associate degree may substitute for one year.
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years.


Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field. xhqgsiq
  • Two years public sector experience (Associate), 3 yrs (Sr.).
  • Experience with ReportsNow, Excel, Microsoft BI, BI Publisher, or similar tools.


Licenses/Certificates

  • CAPM, Agile, ADKAR, or equivalent certifications preferred
