Enterprise Systems QA Lead

Lead enterprise software quality assurance in New Westminster, coordinating complex testing across systems, vendors, and stakeholders on a hybrid schedule.

This six-month contract supports a major technology modernization initiative for a public sector transportation organization in British Columbia. You will lead QA strategy for replacing a cloud-based scheduling, booking, and dispatch platform. The work requires SDLC knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, governance, and quality reporting
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing across teams
• Oversee vendor testing deliverables, coverage, traceability, and standards
• Manage defects, risks, execution, metrics, and stakeholder updates
• Support migration readiness, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and sign-offs

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of software QA and testing experience
• Three-plus years as QA Lead, Test Lead, or QA Architect
• Large-scale enterprise application implementation delivery experience
• Understanding of Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, SIT, and UAT
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
