Enterprise Technical Support Engineer — Weekend Shifts

Allied Properties REIT is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Canada. You will diagnose and resolve complex product issues for high-value enterprise clients, while collaborating with Product and R&D to address critical bugs and influence future development.

You’ll use JSON, SQL, APIs, and webhooks for troubleshooting, participate in customer meetings, and guide integrations to optimize performance in diverse environments.
