Entry Level Contract Analyst

Property Management Analyst I
Analyze and maintain property and inventory records; compile monthly metrics and asset tracking information.
Support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness activities and preparation for compliance reviews.
Review material and asset financial records, capital improvement project records and new procurements; Research receipt, inventory and disposition discrepancies; Prepare project reports, spreadsheets and presentations; support process, quality and records management improvements.
Bachelor’s degree.
Must possess an active SECRET security clearance
