Entry-Level IT Service Desk Analyst

Matchtech is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst (Entry Level) to join our growing tech team in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for users, provide 1st line support, log and manage tickets, and help resolve issues.

This role offers a hands-on start in IT, with training on Windows 10/11, hardware deployment, onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to our knowledge base. A proactive learner with strong communication will thrive in a collaborative environment.
