Entry-Level IT Support & POS/Network Tech

High Tide Inc. is seeking an IT Assistant to join its IT team in an entry-level role reporting to the Director of IT. You will assist with helpdesk requests, hardware and software issues, and basic network tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support POS terminals, payment devices, signage, and kiosks while keeping inventory organized and tickets logged. Weekend on-call flexibility and independent work are required.
