Epic Analyst

Job Title: Epic Analyst Location: Canada / Remote Type: Full-Time

Job Summary We are looking for experienced Epic Certified Consultants with 6+ years of Epic Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Production Support experience. Candidates will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Epic applications in a healthcare environment.

Required Skills

6+ years of Epic O&M / Production Support experience

Active Epic certification in the relevant module

Strong experience with Epic application maintenance and troubleshooting

Production incident and issue resolution

Root-cause analysis and problem management

Application configuration and enhancements

Healthcare / hospital systems experience
