Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Epic Certified Consultants with 6+ years of Epic Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Production Support experience. Candidates will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Epic applications in a healthcare environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Epic O&M / Production Support experience
• Active Epic certification in the relevant module
• Strong experience with Epic application maintenance and troubleshooting
• Production incident and issue resolution
• Root-cause analysis and problem management
• Application configuration and enhancements
• Healthcare / hospital systems experience
