Epic Beaker Senior Applications Advisor

Epic Beaker expertise meets hospital information systems work at Trillium Health Partners, supporting clinical workflows onsite in Mississauga.

As an Epic Senior Advisor within Clinical Systems and Informatics, you will support, optimize, and maintain the Epic Health Information System. The position focuses on Beaker Clinical Pathology and Beaker Anatomic Pathology applications. You will work with clinical users, business partners, technical teams, and the training team to align systems with operational requirements. The full-time schedule is onsite from 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and implement Epic applications
• Configure systems and analyze operational workflow needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting clinical users
• Collaborate on training content and tip sheets
• Participate in on-call support and extended hours

Requirements:

• Multiple Epic certifications in Beaker Clinical Pathology
• Multiple Epic certifications in Beaker Anatomic Pathology
• Four-plus years configuring and supporting Epic systems
• Two years of hospital clinical or information systems experience
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, or related field preferred
