Epic Go-Live On-Site Support Student

Royal Ottawa Health Care Group is seeking a diligent Epic Support Student to provide short-term, on-site assistance during go-live and stabilization. You will help staff navigate Epic workflows, locate job aids, and access Learning Home Dashboard resources.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem resolution, working closely with Super Users and the Epic project team across Ottawa and Brockville sites.
