Overview

In this role you lead Workday Adaptive Planning engagements, delivering high-impact planning and performance management solutions. You’ll stay hands-on with design, modelling and client delivery while mentoring others and helping to grow a specialist EPM practice. You work closely with finance leaders to transform budgeting, forecasting and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on client success and practice growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning projects across sectors
  • Design and build Adaptive Planning models for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and scenario analysis
  • Develop scalable Adaptive Planning solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and define designs
  • Configure sheets, dimensions, versions, reports, dashboards and workflows
  • Advise on planning process improvements to maximise value
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks and deliverables across engagements
  • Review and quality assure developments
  • Support demonstrations, proposals and client meetings
  • Contribute to reusable accelerators, templates and demo environments
  • Mentor junior consultants and build technical capability
Key requirements
  • Strong commercial experience delivering and developing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions
  • Current or previous Workday Adaptive Planning certification is highly desirable
  • Proven expertise building and configuring Adaptive Planning models in complex environments
  • Experience leading workshops and translating requirements into Adaptive Planning solutions
  • Advanced understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • Ability to design robust planning architectures for changing business needs
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles in a consulting environment
  • Excellent communication with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior stakeholders
