EPR Data Consultant

• Work alongside Customer Representatives to ensure data submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant
• Manipulate and collate final data submissions under different country regulations, including packaging, WEEE, batteries, and textiles
• Maintain knowledge of relevant customer accounts and environmental compliance requirements
• Ensure all US data obligations are met for accounts
• Collate required environmental data, including weights information
• Verify that customer data contains necessary information
• Provide telephone and email support to suppliers when required
• Use the EPIC in-house software system to input and analyse weights information
• Format data for each country and regulation
• Check and improve data accuracy using various tools
• Provide account insights such as swing analysis and trends
• Maintain knowledge of international environmental regulations and account obligations
• Perform data checks to improve submission accuracy
• Identify service efficiencies and improve procedures
• Optimise data automation practices

Requirements

• Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (VBA or other coding knowledge desirable)
• Ability to quickly take on large quantities of technical information
• Excellent planning, scheduling and organization skills
• A customer focused approach
• Collaborative working style
• Solution orientated problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A knowledge of analysing and manipulating large volumes of data is desirable
• An interest in environmental issues is desirable
• Educated to Degree level
